Tutor

A tutor that has read your lecture.

Ask it what the slide meant. Ask it to quiz you on the chapter. It answers from the material in your library for that class, so the answer comes from your lecture, not from the internet.

It cites the slide too

An answer names the page it came from, the same way a card does. Open the slide from the answer.

It can propose cards from the conversation

When an explanation is worth keeping, the tutor proposes a card. It goes through the same check as every generated card: a real sentence from a real page.

It stays inside your class

The tutor reads what you filed under that class and nothing else. Ask about renal physiology and it will not wander into your pharmacology notes.

FAQ

Questions about tutor

Straight answers.

Does the Lovelydeck tutor use my own notes and slides?

Yes. The tutor reads the slides, chapters and notes in your library for the class you are in, and answers from them. Each answer names the page it drew on, and you can open that page from the answer.

Can the AI tutor quiz me on my lecture?

Yes. Ask it to quiz you on a lecture or a topic and it asks questions drawn from that material, then tells you how you did. Anything it thinks is worth keeping can become a card, subject to the same check as generated cards.

How many tutor credits do I get?

Free accounts start with 6 tutor credits, one per message. Plus includes the tutor without a count. Credits are shown as hearts in the app.
