You own what you upload and what you make. We run the service. Here is what each side agrees to.
You keep every right to the files you upload and the cards you write. You are responsible for having the right to upload them. Publishing a deck to Shared decks is for decks you wrote; you confirm that at the moment of publishing.
The study app is free. Card generation and the tutor run on credits, and Plus is a monthly subscription at the price shown on the pricing page. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted; the AI features turn off.
One person per account. Credits are for your own studying; accounts created to farm free credits are closed.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app tells you before the change applies.
